What we accept

We accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered (wrong design or wrong size). Because every dress ships internationally from Vietnam, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or fit when the size you ordered was delivered.

Return window

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to request a return

1. Email hothinga532@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Attach photos showing the defect, damage, or the wrong item you received.
3. We reply within 2 business days.

No need to send the item back

Once we confirm the issue from your photos, you keep the item. There is no return shipping and no restocking fee.

Refund or replacement

You choose: a free replacement (shipped at our cost) or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we confirm the issue.
